PROJECT
The children’s home El Angel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, is a place of hope. In the midst of the desolation of a slum, El Angel offers a second home to those who need special protection: the children.
About 200 children between the ages of a few weeks and six years receive a full supply: three meals, medical care, loving support and education! In our nursery school, we teach children that reading, writing and calculating is one of the keys to escape poverty.

OUR TARGET
We want to give our children in Santa Cruz a sheltered childhood. To give them roots and wings. To give them the chance for a better future. Therefore these children do not just need a roof over their heads and enough to eat. They need loving caregivers, stable bonds and solid structures. In our nursery school, we prepare older children for primary school to reduce inhibitions. There are still too many illiterates in Bolivia. We want to change this for our children.
